The Digicel School football tournament got off to an exciting start with Vreed-en-Hoop secondary edging L’Aventure 3 – 1 on penalty following a 2 – 2 regulation time score-line. According to company’s Head of Customer Care Sherwin Osborne, this year’s championship, which will feature over 140 schools from throughout Guyana, has the potential to be one of the best ever.
