‘Sponge Bobb’ found dead at Bourda
A 35-year-old man who Police described as a vagrant was on Monday morning found dead at corners of Regent and Light Streets, Bourda, Georgetown.
Police said the man is known as ‘Andrew’ or ‘Sponge Bobb’ and resided at Timehri, East Bank Demerara.
He was found motionless at about 05:30hrs clad in a black short pants with an incised wound to the left side neck.
Police investigation revealed that he was last seen alive by persons at about 22:00hrs on Sunday at Bourda Market.
