GECOM Chair says filed wrong affidavit in recount case

Incorrect Affidavit Filed in Defence of GECOM Chairperson in the Ulita Moore case
26 March 2020, GEORGETOWN – In an effort to meet strict timelines, an incorrect affidavit was filed on behalf of the GECOM Chairperson, Justice Claudette Singh.
The affidavit has since been withdrawn and the notice of withdrawal is being served on the Parties.
