BREAKING: REOs for Regs.1,2,3,5,6,9,10 sent home
Regional Executive Officers (REOs) for regions 1,2,3,5,6,9,10 received their termination letters today from the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development.
“The Ministry lost confidence in their ability to perform.
“Their deportment was inimical to the effective and efficient functioning of the regions they managed. Moreover, they practised heavy partisan politics…they were void of professionalism and impartiality,” Minister of Local Government and Regional Development, Nigel Dharamlall said.
The REOs were Randolph Storm (Region 1), Denis Jaikarran (Region 2), Jennifer Ferreira Dougal (Region 3), Ovid Morrison (Region 5), Kim Stephen-Williams (Region 6), Carl Parker (Region 9) and Orrin Gordon (Region 10).
