28-year-old from Essequibo among two new COVID-19 deaths
The Ministry of Health Friday afternoon reported two additional deaths as a result of COVID-19.
In a statement, the Ministry said a 28-year-old male from Region Two and a 57-year-old male from Region Four were the country’s latest fatalities. The two recent deaths take the death toll to 102. It means that 20 persons have died from the disease for October so far.
The Ministry earlier on Friday reported the two deaths that pushed the death toll to 100.
