Motorcyclist dies in early morning accident
An accident on the Nigg Public Road, Corentyne, Region Six on Friday morning has claimed the life of a motorcyclist identified as Rajendra ‘Andy’ Khadaroo of Albion, Corentyne, Berbice.
The News Room understands that the man was heading home from the mosque on his motorcycle when he collided with a green Toyota 212, driven by a woman, at around 06:00hrs.
The female driver is reportedly in police custody.
Reports indicate that ‘Andy’ was also the co-owner of Sharon’s Halall Snackette located along the Albion Public Road.
Investigations are in progress.
