36 new COVID cases, 4 in ICU
As COVID-19 cases continue to rise, 36 new cases were recorded on Friday from a total of 1, 212 tests, taking the overall number of confirmed cases since March 2020 to 63, 772.
The new cases were recorded in the following regions; Region Two (four cases), Region Four (19 cases) and Region Six (13 cases).
There are four patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 12 patients are in institutional isolation and 249 patients are in home isolation.
To date, 62, 279 people have recovered and 1, 228 people have died.
