No new COVID cases recorded in last 24 hours
Seven persons who were infected with COVID-19 are presently in institutional isolation while no new cases were recorded by the Ministry of Health on Monday.
Though no new tests were recorded, 102 tests were conducted.
Importantly, the total number of infections confirmed in Guyana since March 2020 remains at 71, 315.
Based on the information provided in the Health Ministry’s daily COVID-19 dashboard, there are 79 persons in home isolation.
There are no patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Thus far, 69,950 patients have recovered from the virus and 1,281 deaths were recorded.
