GRA pulls in ambulance with smuggled chicken
An ambulance attached to the Skeldon Public Hospital in Region Six was early Friday morning found with a quantity of smuggled chicken.
The News Room understands that the ambulance driver was nabbed by the Law Enforcement and Investigation Division of the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) at No.78 Village, Rampoor, Upper Corentyne, Berbice.
The driver is now in custody assisting with investigations. A security guard is also reportedly being questioned.
