Two passengers injured in Essequibo accident
Two passengers were injured on Monday after a car and a bus collided on the Devonshire Castle public road in Region Two (Pomeroon- Supenaam).
The incident occurred around 17:30hrs on Boxing Day.
According to reports, the bus had atleast 10 passengers. And two of those passengers were injured in the accident.
“The bus upturned and everyone was screaming it was horrible,” a passenger related.
Police said the matter is being investigated.
