Linden man busted with over 30lbs ganja
A 55-year-old man of Victory Valley, Wismar, Linden, was on Sunday caught with 14,900 grams (32.8 pounds) of marijuana by patrol ranks from the Ituni Police Station.
Police Headquarters reported that while on patrol within the vicinity of the Ituni Police Station at about 21:45 hrs, the 55-year-old gold miner was intercepted in motorcar PRR 4322.
A search of the car’s truck unearthed a black garbage bag containing six bulky parcels of a quantity of leaves, seeds and stems of cannabis.
According to the police, the miner allegedly said: “Officer, is a man tell me about de hustle, and I pick it up.”
The man was placed into custody pending charges.
