Duo remanded on simple larceny charge
Two men on Tuesday appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Grove Magistrate’s Court charged with the offence of Simple Larceny.
Emmanuel Glasgow, a 19-year-old fisherman of Grove Seadam, East Bank Demerara, and Mark Pooran, a 29-year-old labourer of Sarah Johanna, EBD, were arrested on February 14.
They are accused of committing the act on Vidnu Satnoo. They both pleaded not guilty and were remanded to prison March 13, 2024.
